01Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Morningcast iOS application (the "App") published by Apphesus Teknoloji A.Ş. ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App is licensed to you by us, not sold, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to the extent these Terms do not cover a matter. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content.

02What The App Does

Morningcast builds a personal daily news edition from the world regions and categories you choose, delivered at the time of day you pick. Stories are summarised by automated systems on our servers from public reporting, and every story links to its source. You can read your edition or have it read aloud using your device's built-in speech voices, and on iOS 18 and later you can translate it on your device. We aggregate and summarise this information; we do not create or verify the underlying reporting.

03Not A Professional Or Advisory Service

The App is for general information only. It is not a source of professional, legal, financial or investment advice. Editions may be late, incomplete or wrong. Verify anything that matters to you with the linked sources.

04Subscription

Some features require Morningcast Plus, a weekly auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store at $7.99/week in the United States, with a $0.99 first-week introductory price for eligible new subscribers. Prices vary by country and are shown in the App before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel it in iOS Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• The introductory price applies once per eligible new subscriber and converts to the regular price when it ends unless you cancel.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules; we cannot issue them directly.
• Restore Purchases is available in the App's Settings if a purchase does not unlock automatically.

05Third-Party Content

News reporting comes from third-party outlets and remains their property, subject to their own terms. Source links lead to services we do not control. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or practices.

06Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the App for any unlawful purpose;
• scrape, copy, redistribute, resell or make available the App's editions or content beyond personal use;
• reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the App or our servers, or circumvent access controls or subscription checks;
• overload our services or use automated tools to access them;
• remove proprietary notices or misrepresent the source of content.

07Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, branding, the Morningcast name and our original text are owned by Apphesus Teknoloji A.Ş. and protected by copyright and trademark law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes. Intellectual property in the reporting our editions summarise remains with the outlets that published it.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including statutory consumer rights.

11Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law survive termination.

12Changes To The App And These Terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a new version at this address with a new date. We may also announce material changes in the App. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

13Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the publisher's place of establishment, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules and courts of your country of residence that apply to you.
